This program focuses on developing the core competencies of communication and interpersonal skills.
Meeting Skills
Designed to help people operate both efficiently and effectively in meetings. In addition to many
of the Interactive Skills components other components include Types of meetings, Meeting
structure, Composition, Control & chairing, Ensuring clarity, Writing the agenda and
Recording output.
