Lyle English is the man behind Corporate & Community Services and has 25 years experience in the Financial
Services Industry.
Has 25 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. Most of that time was spent in
the Sales and Marketing field of Commercial Banking, the last 7 years as Branch Manager. Since
leaving the corporate world, Lyle has gained some 6 years experience as an Associate Trainer
and Consultant with a number of international training providers.
He has personally attended all of the programs as a delegate and has in-depth experience in putting
into practice the skills taught. He is therefore able to teach from the 'heart' as well as the 'head'.
His hands-on proof that, when put into practice, the skills are of measurable benefit, enables him to
present the programs with a passion that comes from hard-earned experience and success.
He has over years worked with leading Banks, Chartered Accountants, world-renowned Computer Companies,
Government Research Organizations, service providers to the Mobile Phone Industry, Industry Leaders in
Petroleum and Aluminium, Manufacturers of soft drinks, Pharmaceutical Companies, International Food
Manufacturers, various local Government Departments as well as numerous Charity and Non-Governmental
Organizations.
His field of training and development includes Thinking Skills, Sales Effectiveness Solutions, Problem
Solving & Decision-Making, various Management Skills, Negotiating Skills, Personal Development and Customer
Care Skills.
Lyle is also involved in Business Mentoring on behalf of The Prince's
Trust, InvestNorthernIreland [Northstar Program] & Young Enterprise NI.
Lyle has done work throughout South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia, Mozambique, England and Republic of
Ireland & N.Ireland.
Lyle holds diplomas in Marketing Management and Public Relations, is an Associate of the Institute of
Business Advisers, a Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management and a member of the Northern Ireland
Chamber of Commerce. He is a past 'Business Person of the Year Award' and has won two Gold Awards for Community
Projects.
